We typically ship same or next day (excludes weekends) through USPS from the Seattle area. You'll receive your confirmation with tracking details once shipped.

FREE returns for shop credit only on all items. Once we receive your item we will send you a gift card via email for shop credit. *All sales final, returns are for shop credit only. International orders will be in charge of return shipping. 

RETURNS:
*Any unwashed, unworn clothing items or unused bags can be returned within 30 days of package delivery. All bags must be returned with all packing bubbles, dust bags, protective bags, and shipped back in the same way you received them. If items arrived damaged, squished or wrinkled due to poor packing, a $15 damage fee will be deducted from your return. If bags are returned with any sign of use a 50% off deduction in store credit will be issued.

Items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing flaws can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving. 
Please inspect your bag BEFORE use, we do not return bags for wear and tear under any circumstances.

The original purchaser must be the one to start a return via their account on our website. If your order was a gift you’ll need to reach out to them to initiate the return for you.

Limit 5 returns per customer, per year.

Orders placed cannot be cancelled due to the speed we ship. We have the right to refuse any return.

REWARDS: Coupon codes and rewards are final sale. If an item is returned, only the amount paid will be refunded via shop credit.

Please please please do not checkout if the code isn’t showing up in your cart. I will NOT be able to adjust any orders, or apply the code after you checkout.

Double check the email you use at checkout is the one you want for your points, I will NOT be able to adjust points if you don’t type your email or shipping address correctly. We’ll begin printing labels and shipping immediately so nothing will be able to be edited. Shipping times will be determined based on how many orders we receive.
